Giant - approximately 1 1/2 lbs. $75.00 ea.
Extra Large - 1+ lbs. Over 2" across the top. Approximately 8" in length. $65.00 ea.
Large - 12 to 15 ounces. Approximately 1 7/8" across the top and 7 1/2" in length. $50 - $55.00 ea.
Med. Large - in the range of 10 ounces. Approximately 1 3/4" wide and 7" in lenth. $45.00 ea.
Medium - 8 to 9 ounces. Approximately 1 5/8" wide by 6 3/4" in length. $39.00 ea.
Medium Small - 6 to 7 ounces. Approximately 1 5/8" wide and 6 to 7" in length. $30.00 ea.
